Distribution Manager (HO) - Role & Responsibilities

Position Purpose The Distribution Manager (HO) will be responsible for driving excellence in Authorized Stockist (AS) management, distribution governance, policy implementation, digital transformation, customer engagement, and process improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with Sales, IT, Finance, Customer Service, and field teams to enhance distributor experience, improve compliance, strengthen operational efficiency, and support business growth.

- Manage the distribution network of products across various channels, ensuring productive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation in sales and distribution processes, leveraging technology solutions for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimize product offerings, and enhance overall business outcomes.




- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in sales & distribution or related field within the industry.
- Strong understanding of distribution channel management principles, including digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth through effective channel partnerships and strategic planning
- Preferred Profile: MBA with 3-5 years of experience in Distribution Management, Sales Operations, Channel Management, Business Process Excellence, or Commercial Excellence within FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing organizations. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, project management, and digital transformation skills preferred. .
