We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to manage day-to-day dispatch activities at our factory.

The role is primarily floor-based and requires someone who can actively coordinate between the factory team, packing staff, courier/transport partners, and office team to ensure that all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily dispatches from the factory
- Print and verify shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documents
- Coordinate with various courier, logistics, and transport partners
- Ensure correct products, quantities, and shipping labels before dispatch
- Maintain proper dispatch records in Excel
- Update tracking details, AWB numbers, courier details, and dispatch status
- Follow up with shipping partners regarding pickups and pending shipments
- Coordinate with packing and factory teams to ensure timely order readiness
- Maintain physical and digital records of dispatched orders
- Identify and proactively resolve day-to-day dispatch-related issues
- Ensure the dispatch area remains organised and work is completed on schedule





Candidate Requirements

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
- Comfortable with printing labels and handling basic documentation
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Willing to work actively on the factory floor
- Should be proactive and take responsibility for assigned work
- Hardworking, punctual, disciplined, and dedicated
- Ability to handle multiple dispatches and priorities during busy periods
- Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, e-commerce operations, or factory operations will be preferred

Pay: ₹11,969.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
