Job Summary:

You will own the Pre-IPO Division from sourcing the company and acquiring the mandate to building the team, leading fundraising and driving the transaction through closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of Pre-IPO projects from deal sourcing and mandate acquisition to fundraising and final closure.

- Lead fundraising strategy through strong relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, AIFs, Wealth Management Firms and strategic investors.

- Independently source and convert new Pre-IPO fundraising opportunities through promoters, founders, CXOs, business groups and market networks.

- Hire, build and lead the research, deal analysis and fundraising teams required for successful transaction execution.

- Lead and coordinate with Research, Compliance, Legal, Finance and other teams across the complete transaction lifecycle.





- Act as the senior relationship owner for promoters and management teams, driving mandates and long-term business relationships.

- Build a strong pipeline of current IPO/Pre-IPO opportunities, drive mandate conversion, fundraising and overall revenue growth of the division.

Critical Requirement:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, ECM, IPO, Pre-IPO or Equity Fundraising.

- Strong personal network with promoters, founders, CXOs and business owners capable of generating new mandates.

- Strong investor network across HNIs/UHNIs, Family Offices, AIFs, Wealth Management Firms, and Private Banks.

- Proven experience in sourcing and converting IPO deals & fundraising mandates.
