We are looking for a Digital & Referral Marketing Lead to build an integrated patient-acquisition engine across digital channels and healthcare referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop digital marketing strategies to generate qualified patient leads and increase hospital visibility.
- Manage leads generated through digital campaigns, websites, online platforms, events and other marketing channels.
- Drive lead nurturing, appointment booking and conversion into hospital footfalls.
- Develop and strengthen referral relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare partners.
- Track referral volumes, lead sources, conversion rates and specialty-wise performance.
- Plan and execute CMEs, doctor meets,



community initiatives and referral engagement programmes.
- Analyse campaign and referral data to optimise acquisition and marketing ROI.
- Prepare regular dashboards and MIS for leadership.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, business development or referral marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Experience in doctor/referral relationship management is preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
