We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content

- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Manage comments, messages, and community engagement
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and content quality

Paid Marketing & Performance

- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage and regularly update Google Business Profile (GMB)
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports and insights
- Research industry trends, competitors, and content strategies
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and campaign assets

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 2 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Basic understanding of paid advertising and organic growth strategies
- Positive communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Required Skills

- Social Media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Paid Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Setup, Audience Targeting & Optimization
- Local Marketing: Google Business Profile (GMB)

Google Analytics & Engagement Metrics
- Content: Content Writing, Brand Communication & Content Planning
- Design: Canva or similar basic design tools

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing business pages and online communities
- Understanding of boosted posts vs. full ad campaigns
- Familiarity with content calendars and scheduling tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO and on-page optimization
- Understanding of audience behavior and engagement metrics
- Experience with A/B testing for ads and content
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously

Good to Have

- Experience creating video content and Instagram Reels
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business or email marketing
- Familiarity with Meta lead generation campaigns
- Exposure to e-commerce or local business marketing
