About the Role

Solution Bowl India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently own our digital acquisition function across Performance Marketing and SEO.

You will be responsible for driving qualified leads for our AI products and IT services business across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Primarily), Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Manage campaigns for lead generation across India and international markets
- Own SEO strategy and execution, including technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Develop and optimise landing pages, lead forms and conversion funnels
- Manage campaign budgets and optimise for CPL, CPQL, CAC and ROAS
- Set up and monitor tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag




- Analyse campaign and SEO performance and prepare regular reports
- Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
- Independently manage the complete digital growth function

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4(Maximum) years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation
- Hands-on experience in SEO – technical, on-page and off-page
- Experience targeting international markets – US, UK, Middle East or Europe
- Working knowledge of AI tools, MCPs
- Strong analytical and communication skills

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram.
