Afto is a SaaS based technology startup with offices in US & Canada and we have many Restaurants and Grocery Stores as our customers. Our growing team is seeking a energetic, analytical, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving social media and search promotions for all Afto restaurant and grocery customers. As a growth-stage company, we need a leader who is thrilled to be fully hands-on with all marketing execution today, while possessing the leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities Hands-on Performance Marketing & Search

- Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Search Ads.
- Oversee all SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve organic visibility for Afto and its partners.
- Manage and allocate promotional budgets effectively to maximize ROI and customer acquisition for our restaurant and grocery segments.

Customer Collaboration & Content Planning

- Direct Partner Engagement: Work directly with our restaurant and grocery customers to understand their promotional needs, upcoming menus, and local offers.
- Social Media Calendar Management: Map out, curate, and schedule weekly and monthly content calendars based on direct input from your customer interactions.
- End-to-End Handling: Take full ownership of posting schedules, caption writing, asset gathering, and real-time community engagement across all brand channels.

Social Media Handling & Content Strategy





- Own the end-to-end management of all Afto social media channels.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the unique needs of our restaurant and grocery customers.
- Monitor social media trends, community engagement, and brand sentiment.

Content Creation & AI Implementation

- Multimedia Production: Design eye-catching images, graphics, and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored to food and grocery aesthetics.
- Modern Tool Stack: Utilize design platforms like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, or Illustrator) to quickly turn out high-quality assets.
- AI-Driven Copywriting: Leverage ChatGPT and other AI writing tools to brainstorm angles, write engaging captions, and draft ad copy efficiently at scale.

Team Building & Leadership

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing marketing team as the company expands.
- Set clear performance metrics (KPIs) for the team and ensure alignment with Aftos business goals.
- Foster a collaborative, fast-paced, and data-driven team culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5-10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce, food delivery, grocery, or marketplace sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capability or strong potential to hire, train, and manage a team from scratch.
- Mindset: A scrappy, "get-it-done" attitude. You enjoy executing the work yourself just as much as you enjoy strategizing.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external restaurant/grocery partners.
