We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager / SEO Manager with 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, and content marketing. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools for creating marketing images, videos, content, and other digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for IT/software products and services.
- Manage complete SEO activities, including On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and website optimization.
- Improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation through SEO.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and other relevant campaign types.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, CTR, ROI, and other key metrics.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
- Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Use AI tools for creating and editing images, videos, social media creatives, marketing content, and other promotional materials.
- Explore and implement new AI-powered tools to improve marketing productivity and content quality.
- Work closely with the sales and content/design teams to generate quality leads.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Prepare SEO and digital marketing performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, paid advertising trends, social media trends, and emerging AI marketing tools.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
- Good understanding of Technical SEO and website optimization.




- Experience with Google Ads campaign creation and optimization.
- Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.
- Understanding of link building, backlink analysis, guest posting, directory submissions, and other off-page SEO techniques.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Ability to create/coordinate SEO-friendly website and blog content.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video creation/editing.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results within deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- A certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related areas will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing/SEO.
- Candidates with experience in an IT, Software, SaaS, or Technology company will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable independently handling SEO + Google Ads + Meta Ads.
- Should have practical knowledge of using AI tools for marketing creatives, images, videos, and content.
- Should be data-driven and capable of analyzing campaign and SEO performance.
- Strong willingness to learn and experiment with new digital marketing and AI tools.
