Job Overview

Radiant Resort, Bangalore, is looking for a smart, confident, energetic, and social-media-friendly candidate to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating Instagram Reels and short videos, capturing guest experiences, and promoting resort activities on social media.

The candidate will work closely with resort guests and the operations team to identify interesting moments, activities, celebrations, food experiences, games, events, and other resort highlights that can be converted into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with guests in a friendly and skilled manner and encourage them to participate in social media content.
- Identify interesting guest experiences, activities, celebrations, food, games, pool activities, and resort facilities suitable for social media promotion.
- Capture photos, videos, Reels, and short-form content using a mobile phone.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Coordinate with guests to obtain suitable content and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Develop simple and creative ideas for Reels, Stories, promotional videos, and guest testimonials.
- Collect guest feedback, testimonials, and reviews for marketing purposes.
- Encourage satisfied guests to share their resort experience on social media and Google Reviews.
- Coordinate with the resort team to capture weekend activities, events, food promotions, celebrations, and special programs.
- Maintain a regular flow of fresh and authentic content from the resort.
- Assist the marketing team in implementing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Follow current social media trends and suggest new content ideas to increase engagement and reach.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:




- Smart, confident, energetic, and presentable.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and speaking in front of a camera.
- Naturally friendly, outgoing, and social-media savvy.
- Interested in Instagram Reels, short videos, photography, and content creation.
- Comfortable using a smartphone to shoot videos and photos.
- Has a basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Good at communicating with different types of guests.
- Creative and capable of generating new content ideas.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Creation, Hospitality, Events, Customer Relations, or Influencer Marketing will be an advantage.

Important Requirement The candidate must be available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, as these are the major guest and activity days at the resort. Weekly off will generally be on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or another mutually agreed day based on the resort's operational requirements.

Education & Experience

- Any graduate / undergraduate with good communication skills can apply.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Social Media and Content Creation are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in Instagram Reels, photography, videography, or hospitality will have an added advantage.
