We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at PixNest.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities, managing social media platforms, creating campaigns, and helping brands improve their online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Create and manage social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing team for marketing creatives.
- Plan and execute Instagram Reels, posts, stories and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
- Research target audiences, competitors and current digital trends.
- Generate and implement ideas to improve engagement and leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns when required.
- Handle client communication and understand their marketing requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.




- Basic to good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is an added advantage.

Education

Any Degree / Diploma

- Creative and enthusiastic about digital marketing.
- Good understanding of social media trends.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Previous experience working with brands or digital marketing agencies will be an advantage.
