We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher who wants to gain practical experience across HR, digital marketing, company promotion, and online brand management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment coordination and basic HR operations.
- Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Post job openings and company-related content on relevant platforms.
- Support social media and digital promotion activities.
- Assist in promoting the company's services and online presence.
- Support review marketing and customer feedback initiatives.
- Maintain daily task trackers and campaign records.
- Coordinate with the HR and marketing teams.
- Assist with other operational and promotional activities as required.
Requirements:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of social media.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
