This would be an excellent career movement for young Nutritionist / Dietetics professionals with hands on experience managing Diabetes patients. Dietician cum Diabetic Educator will serve as resource providing information on diabetes disease management and diet counselling. In-depth knowledge of nutritional management in different disease conditions.
Coordinate with the other staff to provide excellent patient service. Digital literacy is required to conduct education sessions to the patients and family. This prospect is to work in an OPD based environment wherein, job shifts will always be (Day Shifts) ranging timelines between (08 am to 08 pm).
The actual shift times could be discussed with local operations Incharge looking at business requirements of particular Clinical Unit.
Additional Detail - Key Responsibilities
- Understanding disease state & preparation of customized diet charts for Diabetic Patients
- Analysis of current lifestyle and device a lifestyle management program
- Conduct counselling session for patient, friends and relatives
- Conduct sessions to educate and create awareness of the disease & related complications
- Patient profiling on Diet - dietary habits, likes & dislikes, diet intake, timings etc.
- Tracking & Maintaining patient information. Implementation/ improvement in patient pathway
- Participation in Health camps/ activities along with other team members
- Ensuring Special Company products & packages promotion & conversion to Diabetic patients for the revenue growth.
- Handling all Operational activities as per business requirements for particular Unit
- Responsible for implementation/improvement of patient pathway as per company standards.
- Exemplar customer services to patients for the improved (P-SAT / NPS) net promoters score
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in handling Diabetic Patients or Elementary Knowledge about Diabetes
- Graduation (Nutritional Science & dietetics), PG Diploma (Nutrition), M.SC ( Nutritional Science & dietetics) & dietetics)Freshers can also apply (however, preference will be from 1- 5 years)
- Go Getter, Team Player & Learning Attitude.
- Strong Subject Knowledge. Willing to attend camps, seminars as per business requirements
