Role & responsibilities

- Experienced Die Maintenance professional responsible for preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of stamping dies to ensure high equipment availability and production efficiency.
- Skilled in die spotting, die assembly, new model dies try-outs, and die proving activities, with strong expertise in die failure analysis and root cause identification.
- Proficient in ISO documentation, daily reporting, Kaizen, 5S implementation, spare parts management, and manpower skill development.
- Focused on improving die performance, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of press stamping dies to ensure maximum uptime and uninterrupted production.
2. Managed manpower allocation, maintenance planning,



and execution of die repair activities to meet production requirements.
3. Maintained die history records, daily maintenance reports, inspection check sheets, and spare parts inventory for effective maintenance control.
4. Supported new model die commissioning, try-outs, modifications, and process improvement initiatives to enhance die performance and productivity.
5. Conduct dies failure analysis and troubleshooting, while driving safety, 5S, Kaizen, and team skill development activities to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
