- Good understanding of Polki diamonds and traditional Polki jewellery.
- Knowledge of diamond shapes, cuts, colours, clarity grades and treatments.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify differences in stone quality and characteristics.
- Good knowledge of jewellery terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining grading records.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
