Job Summary:

Lead strategic procurement of HEMM, mining and road construction equipment, spares, AMC/FMC and related services. Drive equipment selection, OEM/vendor development, price benchmarking, commercial negotiations, cost savings and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead procurement of excavators, dump trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, crushers, drilling machines, cranes and road construction equipment.
- Identify and evaluate OEMs/dealers and develop alternate suppliers.
- Conduct technical & commercial evaluation, price benchmarking and senior-level negotiations.
- Negotiate equipment price, warranty, AMC/FMC, spares, financing, delivery and other commercial terms.
- Lead strategic procurement of machinery spares and service support.




- Ensure procurement governance, documentation and timely PO/delivery.
- Track savings, vendor performance, procurement pipeline and MIS.
- Lead and mentor the procurement/supply chain team.

Candidate Profile:

- 15–20 years of experience in HEMM/Mining/Construction Equipment.
- Strong background in HEMM Sales, After-Sales, Service, Business Development, Product Management or OEM/Dealer Management.
- Experience with reputed HEMM/Mining/Construction Equipment OEMs or authorised dealers preferred.
- Robust technical knowledge, commercial acumen, negotiation and market benchmarking skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel.

Note: Candidates with only general procurement experience without meaningful HEMM/Mining/Construction Equipment exposure may not be suitable.
