Role Description This is a full time, on-site DevOps Engineer role based in Jaipur. The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support KDK Software’s cloud-based tax compliance products.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CI pipelines, automating deployments, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability and security of production environments. The role involves collaborating with software development teams to streamline release processes, improve build and deployment workflows, and enhance system reliability.



The DevOps Engineer will also handle Linux-based system administration tasks, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of DevOps practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, with experience in tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development capabilities, preferably in languages commonly used for backend or automation (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Continuous Integration, including configuring and maintaining CI tools and automated build/test pipelines.
- Candidates should possess robust System Administration and Linux skills, including server setup, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, and backup/recovery strategies in production environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document infrastructure and processes effectively.
