We required Development Engineer - Design & Development (Machining) for our company based in Mohali, Punjab
Qualification: - Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years required.
Requirements: ·
- Should have experience in Casting Machining (SG & CI).
- Machining process development for CNC, VMC & HMC.
- Knowledge of process planning, machining parameters, tooling & fixtures.
- Should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T;.
- Handle new product development, process trials & validation.
- Identify and resolve machining issues, rejection & cycle time improvement.
- Basic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA & Control Plan.
Required Skills –
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC machines.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures & process optimization.
- Understanding of casting machining & inspection requirements.
- Problem Solving, Team Handling & good communication skills.
- Valuable hands-on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
