We are looking for a Desktop Support Intern/Fresher to join our IT Support team in Chennai. This is an opportunity for candidates looking to build hands-on experience in desktop support, hardware, networking, and IT troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Support users with basic Windows OS and application-related issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with system setup, maintenance, and IT asset management.
- Log and track technical issues and support requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior support team.
- Follow IT support procedures and security guidelines.

Skills Required




- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking.
- Understanding of IP address, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in an IT support environment.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates looking for their first IT support chance can apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
