Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer who can contribute to product development and visual design. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design fundamentals, colour combinations, aesthetics and the ability to develop creative ideas into practical product designs.

The candidate will be involved in various stages of the design process, from initial product ideation and sketching to packaging, labels, stickers and foil designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative product concepts and ideations based on business and product requirements.
- Create initial sketches and design concepts for new products.
- Develop and refine product ideas into practical and visually appealing designs.
- Design foils, stickers and labels for products.
- Create packaging designs that are attractive, functional and suitable for production.
- Work on colour combinations, typography, graphics and overall product aesthetics.
- Understand design requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure designs are practical and production-friendly.
- Make design modifications based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding and visual communication across products.
- Stay updated with current design trends and bring fresh ideas to product development.

Software Skills

Required:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

Good to have:

- CorelDRAW

Knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an added advantage but is not mandatory. Candidates who are comfortable with Photoshop and Illustrator and have a strong design foundation can learn CorelDRAW on the job.

Experience Level

Candidates with 0–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Freshers with a strong portfolio and good understanding of design fundamentals can also be considered.

Compensation

Salary may be discussed based on the candidate's experience, skills, portfolio and overall suitability for the role.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have a strong design approach, creative thinking and an eye for detail. They should be able to take a basic idea and develop it into a visually appealing and practical product design.

A strong portfolio demonstrating product ideation, sketching, packaging, labels, stickers, foils, colour combinations and other relevant design work will be an advantage.
