As a Manager in our Global Business Tax Team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage tax advisory engagements independently with minimal supervision.

- Manage the delivery of tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day client tax matters.

- Oversee tax compliances, including filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, income tax provisions, and other tax filings such as SFT.

- Manage tax assessment and litigation proceedings before assessing officers, income tax authorities, and higher appellate forums. This includes reviewing and drafting responses to audit notices and questionnaires, as well as representing clients before tax authorities for assessment, rectification, and other proceedings.

- Mentor and train Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, and Executives to support their professional development and build a strong talent pipeline.





- Deliver tax technology solutions to clients through licensing and/or internal managed services.

- Act as the SPOC for end-to-end tax operating engagements.

- Manage internal client codes, including time logging, invoicing, and collections.

- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

- Collaborate with other tax service lines and business functions to address multidisciplinary client requirements.

- Contribute to firm eminence initiatives, programs, and events.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 7 years of experience in Direct Taxation.

- Strong technical knowledge of direct taxation.

- Strong analytical skills and conceptual clarity.

- Attention to detail with an innovative and solution-oriented approach.

- Solid time and cost management skills.

- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
