:

1. Conducting systematic industry research to identify potential recruiters across sectors.

2. Outreach for management students placements and Internships

3. Identify and outreach sector-wise (e.g., tech, BFSI, consulting, manufacturing, consumer goods).

4. Mapping job roles, hiring trends, and emerging employers relevant to university programs.

5. Executing a defined number of outreach activities per week (visits to organizations).

6. Updating leadership on market response patterns and recruiter concerns.

7. Keeping CRM or outreach tracker updated daily as per the given format.

8. Attend relevant HR forums, job fairs, and industry networking events.

9. Capturing leads generated during events and ensuring systematic outreach afterwards.

Required Qualification and Skills:

1.



Postgraduation / Graduation in relevant field, MBA will be preferred

2. 8+ years of experience in the relevant field.

3. Prior experience of Corporate Relations within the University / Higher Education Institution will be preferred.

4. Clear understanding of students’ placement domain.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

6. Well versed with MS-Office.

7. Flair of research and learn new things

8. Should be ready to Travel.

9. Robust relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

10. Should have the capability to take ownership of the placement process and deliver results.
