About the Role

We are looking for a Deployment Technician to join our Deployment & Tech Implementation team in Chennai.

The role involves hands-on installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and go-live support for IoT-enabled parking technology at client locations.

This is a field-based technical role and will require frequent travel across chennai for deployments, installations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys and assess site infrastructure before deployment.
- Install, configure and test IoT devices, hardware, software and networking components.
- Carry out technical installation and commissioning at client locations.
- Support end-to-end deployment and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, software and basic networking issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of deployed systems.
- Coordinate with the central Tech/Deployment team for technical escalations.
- Monitor and ensure deployed equipment is functioning properly.
- Train client/site teams on the basic operation and usage of the deployed technology.
- Maintain deployment reports, service reports, checklists and site documentation.




- Track and maintain records of materials, tools and equipment used during deployments.
- Travel to different locations across India based on project and deployment requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, IT, Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 1–4 years of experience in:
- Field Service
- Technical Installation
- IoT Deployment
- Hardware Installation
- Network/Technical Support
- Automation or similar field-based technical roles
- Basic knowledge of networking, IoT devices, hardware, software, low-voltage systems or automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and connectivity-related issues.
- Comfortable working at client sites and travelling Pan-India.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during deployments and go-live activities.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a technical team.
