Executive – Demand Planning &

- Replenishment Location: Thane | Division: 4PL | Function: Supply Chain Planning &
- Demand Forecasting Job Objective Responsible for demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management and replenishment while working closely with client and internal teams to achieve planning and service-level KPIs.

Key Responsibilities Demand Planning &

- Forecasting Prepare and monitor demand forecasts using historical data, demand signals and business inputs. Support S&op; meetings with clients and finalize demand forecasts. Analyse forecast deviations and drive improvement in forecast accuracy. Use statistical models / forecasting tools to identify demand trends and variability. Coordinate with Category / New Product Development teams for recent SKU launches.

Supply

Planning &

• Inventory Prepare supply and replenishment plans based on demand, inventory norms and business requirements. Monitor inventory levels across DCs and vendors and ensure timely replenishment. Manage demand variability, stock-outs, excess and slow-moving inventory. Ensure optimum inventory levels, shelf life and customer fill rates. Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to improve inventory and service performance. Client &

- Stakeholder Management Work closely with client Supply Chain, Planning and Operations teams on daily, weekly and monthly plans. Coordinate with Order Management,



DCs, Control Tower and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and deliveries. Proactively escalate supply, inventory and service-related concerns. Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports/MIS and participate in client reviews.

Experience &

• Qualification Graduate in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations / Statistics / Mathematics

- Engineering preferred. 2–3 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Replenishment or Inventory Planning. Good knowledge of forecasting tools, statistical models and inventory management. Working knowledge of R / statistical applications. Strong MS Excel and data-analysis skills
- Power BI knowledge is an advantage. Good communication, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. Key KPIs &
