You will be the person clients trust to keep a project on track. You will turn a brief into a plan, keep the team building the right thing in weekly steps, and make sure clients always know where things stand.
What you will do
- Run discovery with clients: understand the process, the goal and how success will be measured.
- Break projects into small, weekly deliverables, and keep scope honest.
- Run weekly demos and follow-ups, and keep decisions and risks visible.
- Work closely with engineers, and unblock them quickly.
- Spot problems early and raise them with clients before they become surprises.
You might be a positive fit if
- You have delivered software or automation projects and can describe what went wrong on one.
- You can talk to both engineers and non-technical business owners.
- You write clearly and keep things organised without making a fuss.
- You are comfortable saying no, or not yet, to a client.
Nice to have
- A technical background, or experience as a developer or analyst.
- Experience with agencies or client-services work.
