- Pick up orders/packages from the assigned location and deliver them safely to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Handle cash, online payments, and delivery-related documentation when required.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
- Verify orders before delivery and obtain proof of delivery/signature when required.
- Follow the assigned delivery routes and company procedures.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in good condition.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Basic knowledge of local roads and locations.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
