About the Role

Game Wagon is seeking an energetic, dependable Delivery & Operations Executive to handle the doorstep delivery, setup, and pickup of gaming consoles (PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, VR, and accessories).

In this role, you are the face of Game Wagon to our customers. Beyond safe transit, you will verify console conditions, assist customers with basic setup and testing, and ensure our rental inventory moves seamlessly across the city.

Key Responsibilities

- Doorstep Delivery & Pickups: Transport gaming consoles, controllers, VR gear, and game discs safely to and from customer premises within assigned time slots.
- Basic On-Site Setup & Demonstration: Unpack and connect consoles (HDMI/power), ensure controller pairing, boot up a test game, and briefly walk the customer through basic operation.
- Inventory & Asset Inspection:
- Perform pre-delivery and post-return quality checks (inspecting for cosmetic damage, controller stick drift, missing cables, or hardware issues).
- Accurately document console conditions and serial numbers via the internal ops app or delivery checklist.
- Customer Interaction:



Deliver a polite, professional handover experience; assist customers with quick onboarding and return confirmations.
- Hub Coordination: Hand over collected consoles and accessories to the operations hub for sanitation, servicing, and restocking.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and an active two-wheeler (scooter/motorcycle) in good condition.
- Android/iOS smartphone with an active internet connection for routing and dispatch app updates.
- Punctual, organized, and capable of navigating city routes efficiently.
- Basic familiarity with electronics or gaming hardware (handling HDMI setups, pairing wireless controllers) is a plus.
- Qualified communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Pay: ₹9,742.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month
