About the Role We are looking for a Database Executive to build and maintain databases of visitors, delegates, exhibitors, industry professionals and business contacts for our trade shows.

This is not a mere data-entry-only role.

It involves

- Online data mining
- Database management
- B2B calling
- Contact verification
- Event-related outreach

Key Responsibilities: Company & Contact Research

- Research companies, professionals and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Google, Apollo.io, company websites and other sources.
- Build, update and verify event-specific databases.

B2B Calling & Verification
- Make B2B calls to verify contacts, understand company profiles and identify relevant decision-makers.

Event Outreach & Follow-up
- Conduct event-related outreach and record responses, follow-ups and call remarks.

Data Accuracy & Maintenance
- Maintain accurate contact details and remove duplicate or outdated records.

Database Segmentation
- Organise contacts by industry, event, company type, geography and designation.

Sales & Marketing Support
- Provide relevant databases and contact lists to Sales, Marketing and Visitor Promotion teams.

Reporting & Updates
- Share regular updates on research, calls, contacts verified and database development.

What We’re Looking For
- Good English communication and confidence in speaking over the phone.
- Comfortable with B2B calling,



online research and database work.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, LinkedIn and internet research.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to understand basic business information and identify relevant companies and contacts.
- Willingness to work with targets related to research, calling, verification and database development.

Good to Have
- Exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, exhibitions, trade shows or event companies.
- Experience with Apollo.io, CRM or lead-generation tools.
- Basic understanding of B2B industries and business contacts.

Important to Know This role combines Database Management + Business Research + B2B Calling + Event Outreach.

The focus is on finding the right companies and people, verifying information, speaking with contacts where required, and building useful databases — not simply entering data.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
