Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Data Warehouse Engineer with robust expertise in Snowflake, advanced SQL, dbt, and data warehouse development. The role involves building scalable data models, developing transformations, optimizing performance, and supporting production data warehouse environments.

Must-Have Skills

- Snowflake SQL: 5+ years advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, query optimization & performance tuning
- Snowflake Administration: 3+ years – RBAC, security, warehouses, monitoring, performance & cost optimization
- dbt: 4+ years – model development, testing, documentation & CI/CD integration
- Git: 5+ years – branching, code reviews, version control & release management
- CI/CD: 5+ years – Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Fact/Dimension Modeling, ETL/ELT and Data Quality

Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise Snowflake models, fact tables,



dimensions, and semantic views.
- Build and maintain dbt models, tests, and SQL transformations.
- Work with Snowflake Streams, Tasks, Stored Procedures, RBAC, masking and row-level security.
- Perform performance tuning, warehouse optimization, and Snowflake cost monitoring.
- Manage Git-based development, testing, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support production issues, schema changes, data integration, and release activities.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, Data Governance, and Platform teams.

- Power BI / Qlik exposure
- Snowflake certification
