We are looking for a skilled DataStage Developer with 2-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in IBM InfoSphere DataStage, ETL development, SQL, and data warehousing concepts. The role involves building scalable data pipelines, optimizing ETL jobs, and supporting business-critical data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using IBM DataStage.
- Build and maintain data integration workflows across multiple source and target systems.
- Develop complex DataStage jobs, sequences, and reusable components.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
- Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Optimize DataStage jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, data quality, and performance issues.
- Create technical design documents and maintain process documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Support production deployments and ongoing maintenance activities.
