At Thinknovaa, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring data scientists to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to work with real-world datasets, build practical machine learning projects, strengthen your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

What You’ll Do

Work with Real Data: Collect, clean, preprocess, and explore datasets to identify meaningful patterns and relationships.

Explore & Analyze: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python, Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries.

Build Machine Learning Models: Develop and experiment with basic machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and prediction problems.

Feature Engineering: Prepare and transform data to improve the performance and reliability of machine learning models.

Evaluate Models: Test model performance using appropriate evaluation metrics and communicate the results clearly.

Share Insights: Translate technical findings into practical insights and explain what the data and models mean for real-world problems.

Who You Are

Passionate about data,



technology, and problem-solving, with a strong eagerness to learn—no specific degree required.

Comfortable with Python fundamentals and familiar with libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

Have a basic understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysis concepts.

Familiar with foundational machine learning concepts and algorithms.

Bonus points: If you have experience with Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SQL, or have previously built machine learning projects.

Curious, analytical, driven, and comfortable asking questions and experimenting with new approaches.
