Are you someone who enjoys turning data, AI, and intelligent systems into products that real users actually use?

We’re looking for an experienced Data Science & AI Engineer to join our team in Delhi NCR and work on real-world AI, RAG, forecasting, and intelligent assistant solutions.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll be building and scaling production-grade AI solutions — from RAG-powered assistants and copilots to predictive and forecasting models that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Data Science / AI / ML Engineering
- Proven experience building and deploying a RAG-based chatbot, copilot, or AI assistant serving real users/production traffic — not just a prototype
- Strong hands-on expertise in predictive analytics & forecasting, including:
- Time-series modelling

- Regression
- Ensemble methods such as LightGBM / XGBoost
- Deep-learning-based forecasting architectures
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
- Solid understanding of RAG architecture, including:

- Embeddings

- Chunking strategies

- Retrieval optimization





- Vector search

- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with vector databases/search platforms such as: Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS

- Experience with AI/ML observability tools such as OpenTelemetry and Langfuse
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
