Hands‑on experience with Informatica IDMC, specifically services CDGC, CDQ and Cloud Data Profiling.
Responsibilities
- Hands‑on work with Informatica IDMC services CDGC, CDQ and Cloud Data Profiling.
- Set up out-of-the-box connectors in IDMC to various technologies.
- Install and configure customer Catalog source types/scanners required for scanning Mainframe EBCDIC/VSAM technology.
- Implement and support IDMC Single Sign-On via Azure Entra ID SAML.
- Provision and bootstrap Azure VMs for IDMC Secure Agents and Secure Agent Groups including Credential Management using a Secret Vault (Azure Key Vault).
- Manage roll-out and testing of IDMC new features across orgs and conduct impact assessments.
- Implement or support metadata management, business glossary, and data lineage.
- Configure or support stewardship workflows and governance controls.
Required Skills
- 2 years+ hands‑on experience with Informatica IDMC, specifically services CDGC, CDQ and Cloud Data Profiling.
- Experience setting up out-of-the-box connectors in IDMC to various technologies.
- Experience installing and configuring customer Catalog source types/scanners required for scanning Mainframe EBCDIC/VSAM technology.
- Experience implementing and supporting IDMC Single Sign-On via Azure Entra ID SAML.
- Experience provisioning and bootstrapping Azure VMs for IDMC Secure Agents and Secure Agent Groups including Credential Management using a Secret Vault (Azure Key Vault).
- Experience managing roll-out and testing of IDMC recent features across orgs and conducting impact assessments.
- Experience implementing or supporting metadata management, business glossary, and data lineage.
- Working knowledge of data governance concepts (CDEs, ownership, stewardship, issue management).
- Experience configuring or supporting stewardship workflows and governance controls.
