Data Entry Operator – Maintenance Department

:

- Enter and maintain maintenance-related data, records, and reports accurately.

- Update work orders, service requests, equipment details, and maintenance schedules.

- Maintain daily records of maintenance activities and material usage.

- Prepare and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, and department documentation.

- Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and other departments for required information.

- Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of maintenance records.

- Perform other data entry and administrative tasks as assigned.
