Role Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity L3 qualified with strong hands-on experience in security technologies and production troubleshooting. The candidate should have experience in L3-level troubleshooting, incident investigation, remediation, and RCA, rather than only operational or monitoring exposure.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise

SIEM Wazuh

Alert investigation, correlation, log-source issues, rule/threshold tuning, incident investigation and troubleshooting.

XDR/EDR

Endpoint alert investigation, malware/incident analysis, agent health issues, policy troubleshooting and remediation.

Vulnerability Assessment Nessus

Scan configuration, host discovery, credentialed/non-credentialed scans, troubleshooting scan failures and vulnerability validation/remediation.

WAF – Check Point CloudGuard / Radware

WAF policy configuration, HTTP/HTTPS troubleshooting, false-positive analysis, blocked requests, SSL/TLS issues and application connectivity troubleshooting.

PAM

Privileged access management, account/asset onboarding, password vaulting, password rotation and reconciliation,



access approval workflows, session monitoring/recording, MFA and troubleshooting of PAM connectivity/access issues.

DDoS – NETSCOUT Arbor Edge Defense (AED)

DDoS attack detection and mitigation, Protection Group configuration, traffic analysis, threshold tuning, rate-based protection, attack/event investigation, inline deployment and troubleshooting of legitimate traffic being impacted.

Network Security Firewalls

Hands-on experience with any 2 of the following:

- Check Point
- Palo Alto
- Fortinet
- Cisco ASA

Practical troubleshooting scenarios including NAT, security policies/ACLs, IPsec site-to-site VPN, Remote Access VPN, routing, traffic-flow analysis, logs, packet captures and identifying the root cause of connectivity/security incidents.

Experience Expectations

Candidates should have demonstrated hands-on production troubleshooting and RCA at L3 level, rather than only operational or monitoring exposure
