- Handle US/UK customer queries through calls, chat and emails.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain qualified and clear communication with customers.
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent Fluency in English communication.
- Good grammar, vocabulary, spelling and comprehension.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn new thigs.

Salary: 20,000–40,000 CTC/month
