Job Title -- Customer Support Executive (Voice and Chat Process)

Location -- Sector 62, Noida

Salary -- Upto 5.25 LPA CTC For Chat Process:

We are looking for some one who has Minimum 1 year Experience in International BPO in Chat Process.

Experience in Chat Process is mandatory.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.

Ability to handle challenging customer interactions gracefully and professionally.

Manage large amounts of incoming chat.

Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution.

For Voice Process:

We are looking for some one who has Minimum 1 year Experience in International BPO in Voice Process.

Experience in Voice Process is mandatory.

Ability to handle challenging customer interactions gracefully and professionally.
