We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for Bisleri.
The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding services and orders.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality support.
- Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Robust customer-handling and communication skills.
Shift Timings
- Morning Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Morning Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Off
