We are hiring Customer Services Associate – Voice Process candidate.
Experience : 0 - 2 Years
Process Type: Inbound Voice (Customer Support)
Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 rotational week off
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, message & E-mail and provide accurate information.
- Clarify customer queries and determine appropriate solutions.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department when needed.
- Complete transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- UG Can apply / Any Graduate can apply.
- Excellent Verbal Communication in English, Hindi & Bangali.
- Regional language proficiency preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
