- Managing customer enquiries and leads from showroom, website, calls, and digital platforms.

- Following up with prospective customers and scheduling showroom visits/test drives.

- Maintaining CRM records and updating lead status regularly.

- Coordinating with Sales Consultants and Sales Managers for lead conversion.

- Handling customer feedback, complaints, and relationship management.

- Following up after vehicle delivery for customer satisfaction.

- Managing repeat customers, referrals, and loyalty activities.

- Tracking pending leads, lost leads, and follow-up activities.

- Preparing daily/weekly MIS reports on enquiries, test drives, bookings, and conversions.

- Ensuring timely communication through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
