We're Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Bais Godam, Jaipur (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Experience: 4–5 Years

English Communication: Required

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Handle complaint resolution with timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in factory visits, training sessions, and industry interactions.
- Manage digital assets using Dropbox or similar platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.




- 4–5 years of experience in CRM, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in Exports, Construction, Manufacturing, or Design industries is preferred.
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is an advantage.
