- Receive and manage leads generated by the Marketing Team.

- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper follow-up records.

- Share product details, catalogues, offers, and other information with customers when required.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer enquiries and requirements.

- Schedule customer visits or appointments where required.

- Maintain updated lead status, including current, contacted, interested, pending, converted, and lost leads.

- Ensure timely follow-up so that no lead remains unattended.

- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
