We are hiring Tele Caller / Customer Care Executives for our online boutique team.

Job Role

- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp chats
- Reply to customer queries politely
- Assist customers with order booking and updates
- Maintain good customer communication
- Coordinate with team regarding customer issues

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills
- Basic English & Malayalam speaking ability
- Friendly and patient attitude
- Basic mobile/WhatsApp handling knowledge

*Basic Computer knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
