We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and highly motivated fresher to join our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team. This position is an excellent prospect for an individual eager to kickstart their career in social impact and sustainability. As a CSR Executive, you will play a supporting role in the planning, execution, and communication of Straive's various CSR programs and initiatives, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Support & Execution: Support the development and execution of CSR programs and initiatives in line with company values and goals.

- Communication & Engagement: Assist in drafting internal communications (e.g., bulletins, intranet updates, emails) to promote CSR initiatives and encourage employee participation.

- Support the preparation of basic reports and presentations on CSR projects and activities, and their outcomes.

- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the CSR committee as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education: Degree in Social Work, Management, or a related field.

- Experience: Previous experience or volunteering in CSR, sustainability, or community projects is preferred.
