US TRUCKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in US trucking Updates / Track & Trace who can manage the Updates function and team.

Candidates without US trucking experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries & provide timely updates
- Track shipments from pickup to delivery
- Schedule pickup & delivery appointments
- Resolve delays and service issues
- Coordinate with dispatch & operations
- Maintain accurate shipment updates in TMS
