CSR Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement the organization’s long-term CSR vision, strategy, and annual operating plans aligned with business priorities and Schedule VII requirements.

Lead CSR governance, budgeting, policy compliance, and impact-driven program execution across geographies.

Design scalable healthcare, education, sustainability, women empowerment, nutrition, and community development initiatives.

Ensure alignment of CSR initiatives with ESG and sustainability frameworks.

Fund Raising & Resource Mobilization

Develop and execute comprehensive fund-raising strategies for CSR and social impact programs.

Build partnerships with corporates, philanthropic foundations, multilateral agencies, NGOs, HNIs, and international donor organizations.

Identify and secure grants, sponsorships, institutional funding, and strategic alliances for healthcare and community initiatives.

Prepare donor proposals, grant applications, concept notes, impact reports, and presentations.

Manage donor relationships and ensure timely reporting, compliance, and utilization of funds.

Lead CSR partnership discussions with corporate houses for co-funded projects and strategic collaborations.

Create sustainable funding pipelines for long-term healthcare and social development programs.

Government & Institutional Engagement

Develop strategic partnerships with Central and State Government departments, public health institutions, and policy bodies.

Liaise with ministries, district administrations, public sector organizations,



and healthcare authorities for cooperative programs.

Support policy advocacy and system-strengthening initiatives in healthcare and preventive care.

Program Management & Operations

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale CSR and healthcare outreach programs across multiple states.

Drive preventive healthcare initiatives including oncology, women’s health, NCDs, child health, TB, nutrition, and community screening programs.

Oversee implementation through cross-functional teams, NGO partners, healthcare professionals, and field operations teams.

Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budgets and timelines.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Assessment

Establish measurable KPIs, dashboards, and impact assessment frameworks for CSR initiatives.

Monitor program effectiveness, beneficiary outreach, and fund utilization metrics.

Publish annual CSR reports, sustainability reports, and donor impact reports.

Ensure transparency, governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with internal leadership, board members, government agencies, NGOs, hospitals, academic institutions, and external partners.

Represent the organization at conferences, industry forums, healthcare summits, and CSR platforms.

Build strategic alliances to enhance organizational visibility and social impact.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing CSR and project management teams.

Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and community impact.
