- Lead the Company Secretarial and Compliance function for the organization.

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.

- Manage SEBI, LODR and other regulatory compliance requirements.

- Handle Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, AGM/EGM and related secretarial compliances.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Qualified Company Secretary; LLB/LLM preferred.

- 14-16 years of relevant PQE in Company Secretarial and Compliance roles.

- Strong experience in RBI, SEBI, LODR and NBFC compliances.

- Background in BFSI, NBFCs, law firms or in-house legal/compliance functions.
