We are looking for a polished and customer-focused CRM & Client Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships, nurture sales leads, and deliver a premium service experience at Genesis Diamonds by Deepak Toms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with discerning customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct showroom interactions Manage leads generated through social media and digital channels
- Handle and follow up customer leads from Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and follow-up schedules in CRM software
- Conduct timely follow-ups with new leads, existing customers, and past customers
- Build robust customer relationships to improve retention, repeat sales, and referrals
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to support conversions and achieve business targets
- Understand customer requirements and assist with suitable jewellery and customised design options
- Manage appointments, customer feedback,



and after-sales communication
- Track customer interactions and prepare daily/weekly lead and conversion reports
- Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities through a consultative approach Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and premium service

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, sales, customer service, jewellery, or luxury retail is preferred
