About the Role

- CRM Executive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Fresher / 0–1 Year Ahmedabad

- We are looking for a CRM Executive – Fresher who is enthusiastic about customer interaction, communication, and data management.

- The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls and chats, maintaining customer records, and preparing basic CRM reports.

1. Customer Calling

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Assist customers with basic queries related to products, orders, delivery, payments, and services.

- Follow up with customers when required.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information or resolution.

- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.

- Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-ups.

1. Customer Chat Support

- Respond to customer queries through chat, WhatsApp, and other support channels.

- Provide accurate and polite responses to customers.

- Assist customers with order, product, delivery, return, and general queries.

- Follow the defined response time and support process.

- Maintain proper customer conversation records.

1. CRM & Reporting





- Update customer and query details in the CRM system.

- Prepare daily and weekly basic reports.

- Track customer calls, chats, queries, and pending cases.

- Maintain Excel / Google Sheets records.

- Ensure accuracy of customer and report data.

- Support the team in preparing regular CRM performance reports.

1. Customer Experience

- Maintain a friendly and professional communication style.

- Understand customer requirements and provide helpful solutions.

- Take customer feedback and share important issues with the team.

- Follow company processes and customer service guidelines.

- Support CRM campaigns and customer engagement activities when required.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with a degree/diploma in BBA, B.Com, MBA, or any relevant field can apply.

- Candidates interested in Customer Support, CRM, Customer Experience, or Operations are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
