nThe Role:

nYou work directly with our founder, turning ideas into finished content. You take a spark

nand make it a deck, a concept note, a script or a cut - often all in the same week. You

nmove fluidly between formats: a music video today, a teaser tomorrow, a factual series

npitch the day after.

nWhat You Will Do:





n● Develop concepts and stories for factual entertainment formats

n● Build compelling pitch decks and treatment documents

n● Write scripts for short form edits, teasers and promos

n● Sit on edits with editors and shape cuts hands on

n● Switch between formats and tones without losing sharpness

n● Use AI tools across the development pipeline - research, writing, visualisation

nWhat We Need:

n● 4-5+ years in film, TV, digital content or factual entertainment

n● Solid writing and storytelling instincts

n● Proficiency with deck making (Keynote, Google Slides or similar)

n● Basic editing ability (Premiere Pro or similar)

n● Fluency with AI tools for creative work

n● Portfolio depth over job titles - show us work you drove end to end

n● Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru

n● Hardworking, sharp, self driven
