Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Creative Head to lead the conceptualization and execution of events, media properties, experiential campaigns, exhibitions, and brand activations. The candidate should have strong creative thinking, event management, client handling, sponsorship, and media partnership experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for events, exhibitions, conferences, festivals, brand activations, and media properties.
- Lead end-to-end event execution, including planning, budgeting, production, logistics, branding, vendors, and on-ground coordination.
- Develop creative sponsorship proposals, brand integration opportunities, and customized media solutions for clients.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, editorial, production, and business teams to deliver integrated campaigns and events.




- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, media partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Develop 360° media campaigns across digital, print, radio, outdoor, social media, influencer marketing, and other platforms.
- Prepare creative concepts, presentations, proposals, sponsorship decks, and client pitches.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Identify new opportunities for events, media partnerships, brand collaborations, and revenue generation.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
